CEO & Founder
Jon is the CEO & Co-Founder at ARLO Property Management. An accountant by trade, Jon's brain operates in numbers and budgets. But Jon's heart has always been in finding new and innovative ways to develop communities and leave a positive mark on everyone he encounters. Guided by his strong entrepreneurial spirit, Jon founded and runs 2020FIT in Prairie Village, KS. Jon was raised with access to natural lands and was taught the importance of preserving and respecting nature. He had always dreamed of owning land and having the ability to return to his roots. With his growing family (3 boys) and expanding Community at 2020FIT, Jon jumped at the opportunity to merge both worlds by achieving a dream and acquiring property. He realized he would need to manage this land and that options for assistant in rural Kansas were limited. From there, ARLO Property Management was born. Jon is eager to meet you and show you what ARLO can do for your property!

Jeff Rowley
Director - Field Operations
Jeff is our man on the ground responsible for the day-to-day operations and is dedicated to making each individual client's vision for their property a reality. With over 40 years of experience in all aspects of construction and land management, he brings a diverse skill set to service any of our client's wishes. An avid deer hunter, cyclist, skier, and mushroom hunter, Jeff brings a deep devotion to preserving and restoring natural lands. He sees each project as an opportunity to create an environment that brings family & friends together for generations to come. Whether it be a monthly check-in or a large-scale project, Jeff and his team will treat your land with the same love and respect they would their own property.

Mitch came to the Kansas area by way of Wisconsin to join the ARLO team. With him, he brought his expertise and passion for metal fabrication, equipment operation, and a vast understanding of mechanics. Beyond his many years of experience in the trades, Mitch is a true visionary who can beautifully bring any project to life, big or small. He looks forward to making each client's property goals a reality.
